The mission of the Solutions team at cBEYONData is to create and deploy innovative products to our federal customers.

The CFO Control Tower Budget and Spend solution (BAS) is a planning and reporting solution that has been pre-built for the federal government and runs on top of the SAP BPC platform.

We are currently looking for an SAP BPC Architect to contribute to the design, build, and implementation of this product to our federal customers.

This is an exciting role where you will work with some of the most interesting and powerful agencies in the world.

The successful candidate will have equal parts technical and functional skills and have experience leading small teams.

You should be as comfortable running requirements sessions in front of a customer as leading a group of developers through a technical design session.

You will also need the ability to effectively manage your time across multiple projects - delegating work as needed to keep all stakeholders happy.

To be successful in this role you'll need the aptitude and desire to learn new technologies and unfamiliar business processes.

You will be expected to understand multi-step business processes and do hands-on configuration work in the system.

The role requires a broad skillset that ranges from requirements gathering and system design to development & testing, to troubleshooting and support.

The ideal candidate will be highly innovative with the ability to solve complex problems.

Ultimately this role will shift to implementing other technologies such as SAP SAC, OneStream, and/or Anaplan but all under the umbrella of our Budget and Spend solution.

This role is a perfect fit for an experienced SAP BPC guru looking to transition into other technologies.

Responsibilities:
Work with the team to architect pre-packaged planning solutions for federal agencies.
Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions that are elegant and performant.
Become a trusted advisor to our federal customers.
Mentor junior resources and work with them to advance their skills.
Participate in or lead product demonstrations.
Play the role of architect on multiple projects and direct/oversee the development activities on each.

While the goal is to have this role delegate a lot of the development tasks, there will be times when you will need to build or prototype the more complex areas of the solutions.

Use mockups and visual aides to communicate functional designs internally and to customers.

Requirements :
Must Have skills/experience
10+ years of experience implementing planning software
Experience with SAP BPC (Modeling, Logic, DM, EPM Add-in, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills with an understanding of VBA
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
U.S. citizenship required

Highly Desirable skills:
Experience with Federal, state, local, or Higher Ed agencies
Advanced VBA skills
Data Integration

SQL
Nice to have skills
Active security clearance

SAP HANA

SAP BW

Experience with :
Hyperion/Oracle Planning, OneStream, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, etc.

OR
custom-built budgeting solution for a federal customer
SAP SAC or SAP BusinessObjects (or any other BI tool like Tableau, PowerBI, or MicroStrategy)
Any ERP System (e.g. SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA, CGI Federal – Momentum, etc.)
