- Establish functional roles within the IT team including maintenance, deployment, security, and development.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Architectural Guidance and Implementation: Work closely with the Information Systems Security Officer/Manager (ISSO/ISSM) to ensure that architectural decisions align with security standards and regulations, particularly in a SAP environment. Manage an air-gapped cloud environment with proficiency in modern office suite tools.
- Provide expert level IT Architect support for virtual and physical networks, computers, servers, and appliances. Design and implement on-premises and private cloud-based data hosting solutions. Analyze and design cloud-based systems and associated network and computer security measures.
- Define and document overall solution architecture and lifecycle roadmaps. Analyze business requirements and develop technical network solutions. Document how applications and technology solutions support business needs.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, network engineering, or related roles.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data governance, infrastructure, applications, and cloud solutions
- 5+ years experience working in a SAP environment
- BS Degree
- TS/SCI with previous SAP experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior IT Architect & Team Lead (Cloud Network & Computer Systems Architect) with MTSI you will assist the Gov't IT PM with overseeing the implementation and execution of an air-gapped/private cloud environment, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals.
