JOB DUTIES:
1.
The ability to use specialized, power equipment:
(Auto Scrubber, High Speed Buffer, Banisher, Carpet Shampooer, Hot Water Extractor, Grout Hog and the Wet/Dry Vacuum).2. Adherence to safety guidelines and contract procedures.3. Performs preventative maintenance check on all equipment prior to use.4. Knowledgeable of cleaning solutions and chemical preparation.5. Secures work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior to beginning work6. Routine dust mopping and mopping (high/low), buffing and burnishing on hard surface floors.7. Routine vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpet, walls, and upholstery8. Routine restroom, office, and/or classroom cleaning9. Maintenance of floor care equipment10. Ensures removal and proper disposal of chemical cleaning solutions.11. Other duties as assigned by Contract Supervisor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Must be able to stand for long periods2. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.3.
Must be able to operate power equipmentWORKING CONDITIONS:1. Inside and Outside work2. Working hours are subject to change; variable
