Job Overview:
We are looking for an agriculturally minded team member interested in experiencing a diverse, organic and conventional farming operation.

Our farm raises traditional row crops (corn, soybeans, and grains) in rotation with specialty crops such as pumpkins, squash, green beans, asparagus, potatoes, and dry beans.

Our goal is a continuous movement towards organic & specialty crops along with value added processes (fresh pack and organic feed mill).

Job Qualification Minimums:

• Interested in agronomy, agriculture, and growing crops
• Skilled in organization, administration, and coordination
• Passionate about growing food, farming, and farming lifestyle
• Strong communication skills coupled with a teamwork mentality
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and be flexible in an everchanging environment
• Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work long hours when needed
• We expect all work to be done to the highest standards that our organization prides itself in
• Enjoy working inside and outside, understanding that inclement weather is part of farming

Skills

• Valid ID and driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Management and administration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Farming experience
• Cropping & Agronomy experience
• Ag related softwar experience
