- Clean dishes, tables, and floors in a timely manner.
- Have knowledge of sanitizer types and usage.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Be familiar with cleaning chemicals.
- Know how to properly clean utensils according to health codes.
- Know how to properly store cleaning chemicals.
