We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with high integrity and professionalism who can join our team here in the Bay Area.
You will be working on uniquely assigned projects under the guidance of the Program Manager and Account Manager for our top Silicon Valley clients.
In your day-to-day role as an Operations Manager, you will act as a liaison between Surefox and its clients while assisting with the practical management of projects systematically.
You will be required to synchronize and prioritize resources across the program to fulfill the organizational goals, including a wide array of domestic and international security support and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the safety and security of client personnel, operations, and assets.
You will perform all duties in accordance with Surefox and client policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Under the direct guidance of the Program Manager, the Operations Manager will be required to communicate succinct analytical and sound reports, observations, and recommendations to corporate leadership and enterprise business partners.
You will be expected to maintain, establish, and grow effective internal and external relationships that promote the safety and security of personnel, information, operations, and assets.
General duties revolve around planning, designing, aligning, managing, and integrating projects.We are looking for someone who has exceptional managerial skills and pays close attention to detail, someone who will supervise the different project proceedings with clear objectives and future foresight, as well as someone who works independently on assignments and has the ability to liaison and coordinate with supporting or adjacent teams, agencies, or vendors to ensure clients security requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
The individual selected must be flexible and able to respond to dynamic situations with sound judgment, as well as have the ability to perform their duties on a national and international level.

Oversee and monitor the progress of various projects and teams that you may be assigned to while ensuring key milestones are being met.
These include but are not limited to:
○ Conduct audits of work schedules to ensure maximum efficiency
○ Conduct audits of employee time cards
○ Prepare and review quarterly and annual Performance Appraisals
○ Coach/mentor supervisors and subordinates
○ Support and assist with maintaining and managing long-term program goals.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and employees while serving as a liaison between Surefox, clients, and staff.
These include but are not limited to:
○ Meet regularly with the client to address issues and offer solutions, provide
program updates, communicate needs, and ensure complete client satisfaction.
○ Meet regularly with Surefox leadership to update them on the current program
status while also receiving and implementing the latest guidelines and
directives.
Be a subject matter expert on EP and RST operations and emergency procedures, and stay current with security best practices.
Assist with managing the risks and issues that arise over the course of the program life cycle and taking measures to correct them when they occur.
Manage and supervise day-to-day program operations.Review, update, and recommend new policies and procedures to effect continual improvement.
Assist in developing and managing current and future budgets and operating plans for the program.
Support and evaluate methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as a stand-in at meetings with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions.
Manage and monitor vehicle fleet operations.
Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
What Is Required
Must be eligible for employment within the United States
Must be a minimum of 18 years old per state licensing guidelines
Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening
Must live within driving distance or be willing to relocate
Must have a current BSIS guard card or eligible to qualify for guard card
Must have a high school degree or equivalent
Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and as a team member
CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required
Possess a valid and current driver license
Valid U.S Passport
Ability to work nights and weekends as required
Ability to work autonomous, domestic and internationally
Advanced medical and evasive driving experience
Have an operational understanding of today's technology across all platforms
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school
5+ years of corporate and high net worth executive protection experience
