- You will be responsible for the sales region and its sustainable development

- You will be in regular communication with your team, either remotely or on-site, and conduct annual employee and salary discussions
- You will ensure an even distribution of workload within your team
- You will develop measurable and motivating goals and KPIs for your employees, track them, and work with the HR department to implement labor law measures

- You are fluent in German (minimum C1 level)
