Job duties:

Riverview Psychiatric Center is seeking a Customer Rep Associate I to work in the hospital's operations area. This is office support and clerical work involving the supervision of a central security system. Keeping pertinent records and maintaining operations of the 24/7 building control area is of most importance. Work involves responsibility for speed and accuracy in placing and answering a high volume of calls each shift. Additionally this position is reponsible for the assignment of state vehicles, monitoring cameras, and issuing of facility keys.

This position communicates with security and maintenance staff, monitors operations of the pager system, maintains log books, data entry and communicates and refers non-routine problems to supervisor.
