Your mission:
  • You act as a brand ambassador and represent your two stores with great passion
  • You manage your stores with the support of key figures and ensure the economic success of your location
  • You ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in your stores, check the implementation of all visual merchandising standards, and monitor the flow of goods
  • You are the interface to the headquarters and advocate for the development of your stores
  • You hire, promote, train, coach, motivate, and lead employees to become a high-performing and results-oriented team
  • You identify opportunities, stay in constant communication, keep an eye on the competition, and are a passionate retailer
What you bring:
  • You have experience as a store manager or salesperson with leadership experience
  • You are customer-oriented (full-time) and a reliable and friendly person
  • You are able to learn new things, systems, and experiences in the fast-paced retail environment
  • You have the ability to identify and develop talent
  • You are organized with good time management skills and have an interest in innovation and change
