We are one of the leading flight ticket wholesalers nationwide and now provide ticket services to customers throughout Europe (between travel agencies, tour operators, portals, and airlines) in 8 EU countries and third countries.


Our dynamic and growing company primarily supplies flight tickets and other services to tour operators, booking portals, and travel agencies specializing in Turkey trips from our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.

We are currently seeking a


Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Support, advise, and assist B2B customers
  • Written and telephone correspondence
  • Independent handling of customer inquiries
  • Fulfillment in the flight sector, including ticket creation
  • Complaint management

Your profile:


  • Commercial training or similar qualification, as well as previous experience in a comparable position
  • High level of service, customer, and solution orientation
  • Teamwork, enjoyment of customer dialogue, and strong communication skills, even under high workload
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Very good German and Turkish language skills
