Your responsibilities:

Being a listening ear for our residents and their families
Assisting with documentation
Creating a varied daily routine for our residents
Accompanying and supporting residents in their living groups
Performing care assistance tasks based on our care concept and mission statement

Your profile:

Enjoy working with older and caredependent people, no formal education required
Empathy and sense of responsibility
Reliable and teamoriented
Enjoy working in a respectful and collegial environment
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
