"We are a facility with 117 residential units in the Alt-Lehndorf district. The facility is an old farmstead with a beautiful facade and partially listed interior. In addition, there is an extension on Saarstraße consisting exclusively of single rooms. We maintain an open, humorous, and motivating communication style. The care of our residents is carried out in 5 living areas and we have a small (13 places) area for people with dementia. The nursing team in Alt-Lehndorf is characterized by a young average age. We are happy to offer training opportunities in our facility, both through the traditional apprenticeship route and through the recognition process for foreign professionals. We also support the training wishes of our employees, depending on capacity.
