office.
You will work with a select team providing tax services to clients in various industries including primarily:
manufacturing and distribution.

Responsibilities:
Manage the tax compliance aspects of a client book of business and take responsibility for all tax compliance forms/projects associated with the book of business
Prepare and review Federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns
Prepare and review income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740
Perform technical tax research on a variety of Federal, state, and international tax topics
Perform a variety of tax consulting projects such as permanent establishment analyses and nexus studies
Provide timely and high-quality services and deliverables that exceed client expectations
Impart knowledge, facilitate staff development, and provide training and learning experiences
Effectively delegate and oversee the work efforts by setting goals, providing resources, and removing obstacles
Team with partners and senior personnel on proposals and business development opportunities
Provide timely training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff associates
Desired Skills & Experience:
5+ years of professional Federal and state income tax experience including experience in public accounting
2+ years of income tax return review experience
BA/BS degree in Accounting or Masters degree in Accounting/Taxation
CPA license or similar certification required
Excellent research, writing and communication skills in English
Strong leadership skills and a positive team player attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry
German writing and communication skills is an advantage
ProSystem fx Engagement and CCH Axcess experience
