Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital design strategy that aligns with the organization's business goals and enhances client and expert network user experiences across all user journeys.
Team Management: Build and mentor a worldclass digital design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Design Excellence: Ensure the delivery of highquality digital design projects, including all client and expert facing digital experiences including mobile apps.
Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest digital design trends and technologies, integrating innovative solutions and practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Global Perspective: Understand and incorporate diverse cultural and marketspecific considerations into digital design strategies and solutions.
Performance Metrics: Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital design projects, using data to drive design decisions and improve user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a design team.
Extensive portfolio showcasing innovative design projects with a focus on digital platforms.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a global team.
Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) and familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, design thinking methodology, and agile development processes.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing customer feedback to inform design decisions.
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
