**The Job:
As a Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):**
Be responsible for Plumbing system selection, engineering & design
Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications and calculations
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Provide oversight of Plumbing support staff
Fire sprinkler system design and layout
Other water-based fire protection systems design and layout
Provide construction administration & site observations related to your projects
Provide exemplary service to team members as well as clients
Job Requirements **The successful candidate will have:**
BSME, CPD (or equivalent experience)
Active Professional Engineering License
10 plus years experience in the commercial A/E engineering field
Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards
**Preferred qualifications for this role will include:**
Knowledge of fire protection systems
LEED Accreditation
Working Autodesk REVIT knowledge
