Description
Your tasks:
- Construction supervision according to service phase 8 of the HOAI §53 for the building services disciplines heating/cooling/ventilation/plumbing or electrical engineering or building automation/MSR technology.
The following requirements should be met:
- Technician, master or degree in building services engineering/technical building equipment or electrical engineering or building automation/MSR technology or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in project planning and construction management in the mentioned areas
- Successfully accompanied and led at least one construction project to acceptance
- Excellent knowledge of the VOB
- Structured, methodical and dedicated way of working
- Communication and teamwork skills as well as strong customer orientation
