    **Job Duties**

    Manage and execute all matters in the plumbing design and assume ownership on projects as a Senior Plumbing Engineer or Designer.

    Strong design background and understanding of systems and applications in buildings and facilities, including coordination with other disciplines mechanical, electrical, civil, structural and architectural.

    Proficiency in understanding building codes and standards.

    Client facing/client relationship/client management skills, and design experience including fire protection, fuel oil, and TI spaces preferred.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills, time management required.

    **Job Qualifications**

    10-15+ years of MEP industry plumbing design experience required.

    10+ years of REVIT and AutoCAD design software experience.

    EIT or PE a plus.

    LEED accreditation a plus.

    CPD certification a plus.
