    We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our expanding team at Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana.

    Job Title: Senior Director, Reentry Programs

    • Administrative responsibility for reentry programs funded through the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections
    • Oversee program development, staff management, budgeting, and ensure compliance with accreditation and contract standards
    • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, master's degree preferred, with seven years of related experience including supervisory capacity
    • Key skills required: program planning, evaluation, personnel and budget management, knowledge of accreditation and quality assurance/improvement
