- Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
- Advanced knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and valet operations with spa experience preferred; experience with HMS, Revinate, Birchstreet.
- Advanced knowledge of all financial aspects including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, checkbook and labor management.
- A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
