Description

A High-Rise Residential Condominium Association is seeking an Assistant Community Association Manager to assist in the day-to-day operation of the association.

Salary varies depending on qualifications and experience.

  • An Illinois Community Association Manager's License (CAM) is _
    required._

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a condominium association management office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiar with web based management tools
  • Superior grammar and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • An Illinois Community Association Manager's License (CAM) is
    required.

Responsibilities:


  • Condominium administration and day to day operation
  • Open/close the office
  • Office and file administration
  • Building operations, service requests, vendor coordination
  • Supply purchasing, payable processing and receivable processing
  • Building staff supervision & payroll processing
  • Monitor trackable items such as unit leases, parking leases, bike stickers, storage lockers
  • Communication with residents and unit owners
  • Amenity administration
  • Administrative support of Property Manager and Board of Directors
  • Assistance creating Board packets and administrating the monthly Board meetings

Pay:
$48, $55,000.00 per year
