Marion - Training Process and Content

Your tasks include the precise and accurate production of workpieces for machines, devices, and systems through turning, milling, grinding, and drilling operations on conventional and/or computer-controlled machine tools.

You will work on semi-finished products (pre-fabricated workpieces), as well as cast and forged pieces with primarily cylindrical basic shapes made of metallic and non-metallic materials.

This includes shaping workpieces such as axles, screws, crankshafts, cylinders, camshafts, and eccentric disks in the machining process on machine tools (lathes).

You will learn these activities independently in our own training workshop and in production, while adhering to relevant regulations, safety regulations, documents, and instructions.
