Job Description:
- Care, education and development of children in the nursery and/or kindergarten age
- Nursing and household care
- Participation in internal team meetings and decisionmaking processes
- Support for students and interns
- Organizational tasks (keeping group records and attendance lists, planning daily routines, etc.)
- Collaboration with parents (observation documentation and parent meetings)
- Implementation of the quality management system
Requirements:
- Staterecognized degree (according to 7 KiTaG)
- Empathy
- Creativity, organizational skills and structured work approach
- High level of commitment, patience and resilience
- Fluent German language skills and MS Office knowledge
