We are a German manufacturer and provider of smart products, with our development, service, administration, technology, and management based in Bremen.

Our goal is to leave the start-up phase behind and establish ourselves as a big player, located in the Anio GmbH office park in Oberneuland.

Who are we?


We develop innovative smartwatches for kids and seniors, as well as other communication devices, which we sell in our shop.

What are we looking for?

Motivated individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service, and who share our enthusiasm for our idea.

Responsibilities


Your responsibilities:

**Telephone
Our customers contact you via our ticket system or by phone with questions about our ordering process and products.

  • You provide our customers with comprehensive product explanations and advice
  • You offer our customers courteous support for setting up and using our smartwatches
  • In case of technical issues with the functionality and operation of our products, you find solutions and provide assistance to our customers.
Qualifications

What do you need to bring?

  • You are techsavvy and can quickly and easily familiarize yourself with new products and software
  • You are fluent in German (knowledge of a foreign language is desirable but not mandatory) and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Teamwork is not a foreign concept to you
  • You have an eye for new and upcoming tasks that may not necessarily fall within your job description, but are waiting to be completed.
