Position: Head of Quality

Location: Leipzig Region, Germany

As the Head of Quality at Pikes Creek, you will lead important initiatives at Europe's top battery production company, which has received Series-D funding. Your expertise in quality management will drive strategic advancements and play a crucial role in maintaining our company's commitment to excellence, ensuring our continued success as a leader in sustainable energy.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management strategies in accordance with ISO standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949, and equivalent regulations).
  • Manage a team of 15 cross-functional specialists, providing support and targeted training programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively handle customer inquiries and implement preventative measures in production.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, legislative changes, and lean production principles.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
