Your tasks:

You optimize data collection in existing systems
You control data quality, identify anomalies and organize their correction
You derive control variables and key figures
You analyze optimization potential in the management and orientation of the housing stock and contribute to the development of decision-making bases
You review the planned value development of initiated measures
You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports
You participate in multi-year planning and liquidity management
You work closely with financial accounting and controlling

Your profile:

You have a high affinity for numbers and enjoy structuring data sets
You have a degree from a university or a real estate-related education and/or further training, or a (real estate) business degree
You have experience in real estate, housing management and ideally in portfolio management
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS
