We are looking for a professional and reliable handyman/caretaker for an entrepreneurial family with a single-family house in Berlin Pankow (Niederschönhausen) and a vacation home in Bad Saarow (Brandenburg).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining both properties and performing all necessary handyman tasks.

This is a long-term position with a secure
employment of 20-40 hours per week.

A valid driver's license, safe driving experience, and own car are required for this position.

The core working hours are from
Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Your diverse tasks will range from small jobs in the houses (e.g. hanging curtains/pictures, assembling furniture) to more complex tasks (e.g. laying tiles) and larger projects (e.g. renovation work on/in the house).

We are looking for a pragmatic and versatile person with professional experience in various handyman areas who is capable of managing two properties.

You will have the flexibility to manage your own working hours and will be responsible for moving between the two houses.

The salary will be
euros/gross per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
