- Lead and Liaison with stakeholders to manager project details and deliverables
- Manage submittal review and submission.
- Review drawings, identify conflict and submit RFIs.
- Create and manage meeting agenda, lookaheads, and MOM (meeting of minutes)
- Take-off for basic construction divisions and solicit for bids.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and utilize resources to predict and manage issues.
- Plans and implements projects, outlining and undertaking creative next steps.
- Prepare, execute, and control all aspects of the project(s) with great time management.
- Work with team members, senior leadership, and contractors to ensure timely planning and execution of customer needs.
- Manage the onboarding of projects - such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, drawing invoices, and seeking and selecting contract estimates.
- Draft schedules for implementation of long-range plans and proposals
- Monitor project progress and distribute periodic progress reports to leadership.
- Manage the triple constraints to deliver quality projects on schedule and under budget.
- All other duties needed to help drive the vision, fulfill our mission, and meet client expectations.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet set goals, budgets, and deadlines.

What does an Assistant Project Manager do?
As Assistant Project Manager, you will plan and execute projects based on the client and/or stakeholder needs and goals. The Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in the organization, acting as a bridge between management, stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors tasked with the execution of the project and will be the driving force behind projects done with quality, within budget and within a stipulated, contractual timeline. A successful Assistant Project Manager should have the following prerequisite skills, abilities, and qualifications they include:
Assistant Project Manager education and training requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field highly encouraged. Experience in a relevant field can apply as well. 5+ years of experience in project management.
