Job Overview:

Residential Construction Project Manager - Magnolia, TX Premium Builders, a leading home remodeling company in the Houston North area, is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.


Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of interior residential remodeling projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience managing subcontractors in interior residential construction projects
• Proven track record of successfully completing home remodeling projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Strong organizational, problemsolving, and communication skills
• Ability to work a schedule of weekdays from 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm

$68, $75,023.26 per year
