- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and retail partners. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and effective communication.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the wine and spirits wholesale distribution industry.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the wine and spirits distribution sector, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
