Job Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with our leadership teams to identify, attract, and hire the right talent.
This role will be able to effectively work in a fast-paced and growing environment, develop and execute hiring strategies in line with company growth.
Job Description:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.
Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings promptly.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
Provide guidance, coaching training, and reference information/materials to hiring managers in preparation for applicant interviews.
Arrange travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants and perform reference checks and employment verification.
Creates best in class candidate experience.
Maintains ATS accuracy with requisitions and candidate stages.
Drive offer approval and on-boarding process for new hires.
Collaborate with marketing to be a brand ambassador for the building and maintaining of Jackson Healthcare's employment brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of corporate and agency recruiting experience in a fast-paced and high-volume organization within healthcare or sales.
3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience required.Must have experience utilizing ATS systems. Workday strongly preferred.
Track record of effective sourcing strategies for difficult to fill roles.
Strong understanding of the full life-cycle process and ability to implement a clearly defined and effective strategy.
Social media recruiting experience a must. Provides innovative recruitment strategies to find the best talent.
Communicate, interact, influence, and negotiate with teams, hiring managers, and candidates.
Strong team player who can contribute to the team's overall success and has a "do what it takes" attitude.
We are seeking applicants that can work remotely and live in FL, GA, SC, NC, WV, TN, MS, LA, AL, VA, KY, MO, AR, TX that will allow them to travel easily to client sites and company meetings.
Must be able to work 8:30am-5:30pm EST.EEO Statement:
