- Tableau, Power BI, SAS/R, Excel for data visualizations
- SAS/R, Python, etc. for data cleaning and automations
- Demonstrated experience with data manipulation, including cleansing, standardizing, and transforming;
- Specific and extensive knowledge of statistical software, open-source programming languages, and database querying;
- Experience in leading workshops or training sessions;
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities;
- Advanced knowledge of the application of software engineering process tools;
- Advanced knowledge of project management theories and practices and the ability to apply that knowledge;
- Ability to use logic and critical thinking to address issues efficiently and effectively;
- Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making;
- Familiarity with using and interpreting data structures and relationships;
- Ability to understand how change management methodology aligns with and enhances project management and implementation;
- Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Possess at minimum a bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience (related certifications, trainings, professional work and/or coursework)
