- - Developing design and functional specifications, creating project-related deliverables, and supporting post-implementation and system enhancements
- - Possessing expertise in the supported business unit(s) and contributing to business process redesign
- - Analyzing captured data to evaluate program effectiveness and create predictive models for identifying business growth opportunities
- - Providing recommendations to management based on findings to ensure alignment with standard procedures and policies
- - Offering ad hoc reporting and analysis for complex functions upon request
- - Leveraging specialized knowledge of specific work processes or areas to provide analytical support
- - Utilizing advanced knowledge to deeply analyze information related to the area and manage and organize data
- - Acting as a resource to provide information for solution implementation, applying fundamental concepts and procedures to analytical work
- - Working on complex assignments requiring evaluation, originality, or ingenuity, often with at least an associate's degree or equivalent training
- - Exercising discretion and latitude in work, and providing technical guidance to lower-level staff
- - 5 years of business/systems analysis experience
- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- - Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, MS Access, relational databases, SQL, and PC skills
- - Ability to develop and implement technical solutions to address business requirements
- - Extensive experience in analyzing and resolving business challenges
- - Experience in presenting information to various audiences, including senior leadership
- - Knowledge of Supply Chain/Logistics operations, including material handling, warehouse operations, order management, and demand planning
- - Proficiency in ETL and data visualization tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, and Tableau Prep
- - Proficiency in SAP applications and experience with Snowflake
