Primarily responsible for overseeing and directing the Companys inventory accounting, including the production of reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the Companys reported financial results, and ensure the results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Also responsible for additional accounting functions, including internally developed software, managing general ledger and other areas as needed. Assists with financial and variance analyses and with budget preparation. Assists with cash-flow analysis and forecasting. Provides managers with information necessary for decision-making. Directs, trains, supervises, and appraises accounting personnel.

Manages the month end close process for inventory and reconciles inventory by researching variances and creating adjusting entries

Works closely with distribution centers to ensure processes are performed accurately and timely

Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of accounting department functions.

Oversees and acts as administrator for online banking functionality and wire/ACH payments.

Prepares regular reports and statements for management.

Assists with cash-flow analysis and forecasting.

Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective business relations with vendors, and outside business and accounting professionals.

Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective communication and coordination with Company personnel and with management.
