    **Reports To:** Assistant of Automotive Inventory

    **Your Role:** As an Inventory Clerk you will support the Inventory Specialists by accurately and efficiently reviewing and updating account information for inventory management.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Data Entry

    Update vehicle information in accounts and department reports

    Process and send documents to be imaged

    Acquire vehicle status and delivery from auctions

    Process proceed checks from auction

    Prepare loan edits for invoices

    Protect the legal, financial and moral well-being of the company

    Other tasks assigned by management

    **Proficiencies:**

    Asks the right questions to accurately analyze situations

    Follows through on commitments and makes sure others do the same

    Displays a can-do demeanor in good and tough times

    Provides timely and helpful information to others across the organization

    Consistently at work and on time

    **Qualifications:**

    Can communicate quickly, effectively, and accurately through incoming and outgoing calls, and email while notating accounts

    Proficient typing skills

    Effective time management and ability to prioritize

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Ability to use office equipment and computers

    Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

    High school graduate or comparable

    **Physical Requirements:**

    Ability to remain stationary for continuous periods of time. Constantly operate a computer and phone. Frequently communicates with customers, coworkers, and managers about accounts. Able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
