Job Description:
As a Service Desk Support, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to users, handling personal computer and network issues in an advanced network environment. Your tasks will involve providing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and end-user training via telephone. You will also develop and implement standard operating procedures for remote IT support.
Required Skills:
- High quality Customer Service skills (empathy, probing questions, 'I can' attitude)
- Office 365 troubleshooting
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure troubleshooting
- Remote Desktop troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise and support on security and governance risk management functions.
- Deliver diagnostics and troubleshooting for microcomputers and network services.
- Provide end-user support and software training via telephone and chat.
- Develop and audit standard operating procedures for remote IT support.
- Enhance production standards and CSAT goals.
- Assist in knowledge article creation and be an SME for critical business functions.
- Handle other assigned duties effectively.
