ServiceNow Projects
Application Development Projects:

• In Agile environment, developed foundations of "Paynow," a corporate employee expense reimbursement application that simplifies the process of paying, claiming, and reimbursing travel expenses and potentially eliminates needing physical credit cards by consolidating all relevant information in single mobile app.
   

Service Portal Project:

• Built employee service portal for fictitious company (CyberlyWorld) to raise cybersecurity awareness while making it functional and easy to access their to-dos, requests, training schedules, surveys, service catalog, company knowledge base, and much more.
• Branded homepage to support simple site navigation, including header menu, UI pages, customized widgets, service catalog items, quick links for simple navigation to password reset and reporting abuse, and latest IT news and open tickets.

ITSM Implementation Project:

• Researched one of five ServiceNow applications. Prepared and presented virtually MS PowerPoint presentation on Incident Management, highlighting its life cycle, baseline process, and how organizations would use processes to streamline work.
