Hello, I'm Jennifer Ulufale. I am a reliable, self-motivated person. I have worked in customer service (call center & retail) for the past 10+ years. I've worked with M/A/R/C call center from 1997-2005. I've also worked for 7Eleven Hawaii and Target from 2009-2021. I started as a sales associate and left 7Eleven Hawaii, due to personal reasons, as a Store Manager. Target as an Inbound Expert from 2017-2021.
Experience
As mentioned above, I have experience with a call center (M/A/R/C Group) in a collecting data from customers and businesses via telephone for major businesses. I was with the M/A/R/C Group from May 1997 til they closed their doors in December 2005.
I moved to Hawai'i in 2009, where I worked for 7Eleven Hawaii til February 2017. I began as a Sales Associate and was promoted internally. Became a Store Manager in 2010. I've dealt with customers via telephone, email and in-person. Due to illness, I stepped down to Assistant Store Manager. I left 7Eleven and went to Target Alamoana, as a overnight stocker. Was chosen a few times for outstanding performance and was selected to train new employees. Became a coach and leader for certain areas in the store.
Education
Relevant education, would be from the companies that I have worked for. Educating is similar to teaching, coaching and so forth. Different companies, different way of teaching and coaching. My experience with the public has been and education among itself. Meeting people of different walks of life, temperament (via phone, email and in-person) is a study of human behavior/interaction.
