I am currently employed at Forrester Manufacturing where I have served as an Account and Production Manager since 2020. My role involves managing client accounts, overseeing production workflows, and ensuring that operations meet both company standards and client expectations.

Before joining Forrester Manufacturing, I worked in HVAC inside sales, providing me with a solid foundation in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge. This experience has been invaluable in my current position, enhancing my ability to manage accounts effectively.

Additionally, I hold a certification in Full Stack Development, which has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set in both front-end and back-end technologies. My strong computer skills allow me to leverage technology in problem-solving, process automation, and data analysis, contributing to efficiency and innovation in my workplace.
