Outside of work, I value opportunities to broaden my perspective by traveling internationally and exploring new states within the country. In my free time, I prioritize my well‑being by going to the gym, and I also enjoy listening to music, reading, and spending time with my family. These activities help me stay balanced, energized, and ready to bring my best to both my personal and professional life.

I work with raw data and transform it into clear, actionable insights by building interactive dashboards using MS Power Query, SQL, and Power BI, increasingly leveraging generative AI to complete tasks more efficiently and accurately. I support mission‑critical retail and POS systems for multiple clients, helping ensure accurate capture and continuous availability of transaction data that feeds reporting and analytics.

In my day‑to‑day work, I troubleshoot hardware and software issues by reviewing logs, error messages, and system behavior, which helps maintain data integrity and overall system reliability. I also perform scheduled preventive maintenance and upgrades, follow documented procedures, and carefully record configuration changes and outcomes for audit and reporting purposes.

I regularly train new hires and provide both onsite and remote support, explaining technical issues, impacts, and resolutions in clear, practical terms to technicians and business users. I collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex incidents, applying a structured, analytical approach to problem solving and contributing to ongoing process and system improvements.
