I have extensive knowledge and experience in organic synthesis and chemical process research and development in the pharmaceutical industry and academic environment. I have authored a process book, Handbook for Chemical Process Research and Development. The 1st edition was published by CRC press in 2016, and the 2nd edition in 2023.

I have PhD in Organic Chemistry from Nanjing University, China, Master and Bachelor degrees from Lanzhou University, China.
