I have been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years, a mortgage underwriter for 15 years.  My experience includes Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA underwriting.  I am currently in an active underwriting role, in good standing, with the current employer for 8 years. I am located in Gardnerville Nevada, (South of Carson City) and am seeking a remote role.

I have experience with multi state bond products, no post closing deficiencies.

Started in the mortgage industry as a loan processor in 1990. Most recent roles include Greater Nevada Mortgage from 2013- 2018 and most recent, CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) from 2018- present. My experience has been Conv, USDA and FHA underwriting. I am familar with VA and have underwritten for Greater Nevada Mortgage as a sponsored lender.  I am currently uw streamline Irrls for CCM. I am proficient with Bond loans, multi state FHA and conventional with 100% investor purchase rating.   I have earned my CRU Level II credential through MBA.

AA degree in 2010 in Medical Administration.  Certified Residential Underwriter Credential through Mortgage Bankers Association.
