I have over 7 years experience as a Warehouse/Supplies Supervisor.  I also have 10+ years experience in shipping and receiving.  I am detailed oriented and believe in knowing every aspect of the job in order to help/teach others.  I am looking for a full time position in a company and believe I would be a hard working, loyal asset.

I have over seven years demonstrated experience in inventory, shipping and receiving. Some of my skills include, but are not limited to ; identifying and resolving shipping and receiving discrepancies, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills that are most beneficial during frequent contact with vendors, staff and customers, complying  with all company safety policies, attention to detail,  a self-motivated team member with the ability to meet, exceed and achieve deadlines and goals. 

 My supervisor experience included; planning work schedules and assigning duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads, collaborating with workers and managers to solve work-related problems, reviewing work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly, evaluating employee performance and preparing performance reviews, resolving  personnel problems, complaints, or formal grievances when possible, or referring them to higher-level supervisors for resolution, recommending or initiating personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures, assessing training needs of staff and arranging for or providing appropriate instruction.

I am a high school graduate.
