Victoria Pintal

I’m a passionate and curious pre-med Biology student driven by a love for science, healthcare, and discovery. My interests lie in the intersection of medicine, psychology— understanding both the human body and mind.

Currently, I’m expanding my clinical experience through EMT and CNA work while exploring opportunities in patient care, biology research, and emergency medicine. I value empathy, precision, and continuous learning in everything I do.

Outside of academics, I enjoy music, baking, and spending time with animals — I’ve been a dog sitter for over five years and love being part of a caring community that gives back. My goal is to build a meaningful career in medicine that blends compassion with scientific impact.

I have hands-on experience in patient care, healthcare teamwork, and emergency response through my certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). My background also includes volunteering with community organizations such as Feed My Starving Children and assisting at various local events, where I developed strong communication, adaptability, and leadership skills.
Additionally, I’ve worked as a dog sitter and caregiver for over five years, which has strengthened my sense of responsibility, compassion, and attention to detail. I’m passionate about helping others and continuously seek new opportunities to expand my knowledge and experience in the medical field.

I am currently pursuing a Biology degree on the Pre-Med track at College of Lake County, having previously studied at Harper College. My coursework focuses on human anatomy, physiology, cellular biology, and chemistry — all of which support my long-term goal of becoming a medical professional.
In addition to my degree, I’ve earned certifications in CPR/BLS, EMT, and CNA, which have given me valuable practical experience in patient assessment, emergency care, and ethical decision-making. I am also exploring psychology to better understand the connections between the human mind, body, and behavior.
