- Computational soft materials researcher with 7 years of experience in multiscale molecular dynamics (MD) simulation on polymers, bioconjugate materials, dynamic networks, biomolecules.
- Applied molecular modeling to study various phenomena (eg. transport, self-assembly, binding, deformation, adsorption, deposition) in a broad range of materials at various length scales with a diverse range of software packages/tools (GROMACS, LAMMPS, HOOMD, OpenMM)
- 7-year's experience of HPC using Python, Matlab, C++, and Shell script on Unix-based systems.
