In my previous role as Service Manager at Spectrum Heat and Air HVAC I successfully implemented procedures that assisted the technicians and team to be more efficient and successful. As it is very important to have a strong foundation to have a great team and company, I have had the opportunity to build a team and assist in coaching teams to set and achieve goals.

CRM and Office Management, Budget Management, Project Planning, Teamwork and Collaboration, Training and Development, Documentation and Reporting, Complex Problem Solving, Employee Development Administration and Reporting Problem Resolution. Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Service Titan, Service Fusion, and Housecall Pro. Lastly, I have 5+ years of experience working with Wells Fargo Financing, GreenSky Financing and In-House Financing.
