Indian-born male USA resident  corporate attorney and chartered company secretary researcher in CG working for over 4 decades with various companies including associating with an international law firm . Held board level jobs .. I have four decades of long experience which includes

10 years as a practicing company secretary dealing with Board meetings, shareholder meetings, stock exchanges, joint ventures and other corporate affairs of various companies including guiding corporate governance.

10 years  as employee company secretary as well as head of legal and corporate affairs reporting to Board of directors dealing all legal matters, dealing with project managers and formulating policies in consultation with directors and corporate governance matters. Strategic planning etc.

10 years as in-house lawyer of few companies dealing with all legal matters and coordinating with advocates, judicial bodies and drafting of contracts and giving legal opinion. Commercial/construction legal transactions have been dealt vividly. 

10 years as advocate and arbitrator representing companies before courts and as arbitrator adjudicating the disputes and giving awards etc.
