I have been a Business Coach for the past 15+ years while training the workforce as a college adjunct Professor of Business for over 12+ years, at a Technical Community College. My work corporate experience includes over 12 years a Management Executive in the Financial Services industry. I am well verse executive on operational structure and management, Human Resource Management, and Executive Board operations. I am confident that I can add value to your business by drawing from my many managerial years in corporate, private sector, and nonprofit industries, respectively.

My professional experience includes 12+ years in Corporate with over 15 years in the private sector as a managerial executive and corporate strategist.  I have performed consultantship with nonprofit boards, Directors, and their workforce.  The techniques that I provide through counselling, I teach the same as an Adjunct Business Professor at a Technical Community College for over 12 years.

Education

I graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in History, and a MBA in Global Management from American Public University Executive Program.  I hold many certifications in Human Resources, Management, Strategy, and Management Development.
