• Verifying covered healthcare services for existing and new patients
• Managed over 100 patient’s insurances daily, included but not limited to benefit verifications, financial explanation of coverage, working simultaneously with insurance companies and patients to provide accurate eligibility
• Coordinated daily with the Billing department and management to ensure accurate and clear explanations of benefits for office visits, in office surgeries, and maternity. 

2019-2025: Pharmacy Technician at Candlewood Drugs

• Processed and counted over 200 prescriptions with accuracy and quality for patients
• Worked closely with Pharmacist and medical providers to confirm patient’s prescriptions and drug interactions

Graduated in Winter 2023 with a Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Management and Administration, with a concentration in small business. Recent plans of continuing education in business to open more opportunities for my career.
