About Charles Brown:

I am an incoming masters student at Stony Brook University, where I also completed my undergrad. I have experience in electronics and instrumentation, experimental nuclear and particle physics, atomic optics, quantum computing, numerical computing, and machine learning.

I have worked as a researcher in the Bernauer research group as a software developer for MUSE (MUon Scattering Experiment). I am using a convolutional neural network to increase the resolution of MUSE's beamline calorimeter
