Since 2016, I have excelled as a Realtor with Rose & Womble Realty and Clear View Realty, generating over $5 million in annual sales through effective marketing, strong negotiation skills, and fostering long-term client relationships. My expertise includes analyzing market trends, leading innovative marketing campaigns, and mentoring junior agents to success. Prior to real estate, I held leadership roles at DatabaseUSA, where I managed recruitment, onboarding, and personnel operations as an Operations & Personnel Manager and HR Generalist. In these roles, I developed and implemented company policies, optimized processes, and maintained compliance with labor regulations. My ability to resolve complex challenges, enhance team performance, and cultivate trust with clients and colleagues alike has been a cornerstone of my professional success.
